About Us

I'm Natalie, the proud founder and heart behind Lake Como Sitters. Our aim is simply to give couples the option to include children at their wedding or holiday in Lake Como — stress free!

I'm half Italian, half English. Born and raised on Lake Como, I then spent 20 years in the UK before returning here in 2023.

Along with my first hand experience being a mum to my daughter Amélie, I also have fifteen years of childcare experience. I've been a babysitter, nanny, children's tutor and wedding babysitter / entertainer.

I've now enlisted a fabulous team of babysitters (who I vet myself) that speak different languages and have the experience required to take care of your little ones so you can enjoy some 'adult time' on holiday or enjoy the magic of your wedding day knowing the little ones are taken care of!

Health & Safety

At our babysitting agency, the health and safety of your child is our top priority. To ensure the highest standards, we carefully vet every babysitter we hire. Each candidate must complete a thorough process, which includes:

Providing two babysitting references

Completing our onboarding process
✓
Running a background check

This ensures that every babysitter in our agency is fully qualified and trustworthy, so you can feel confident that your precious little one is being well looked after.

For extra peace of mind, I also ask all our Sitters to send regular updates with photos to parents when assigned to any babysitting job.
